Automatically Edit .iso files

Here's how I set up KDE to automatically edit .iso files when I click on them. First, paste the following script into a text editor, name it mntiso and save it somewhere in your path, such as in the /bin or ~/bin directory:

#!/bin/sh
dir=/mnt/iso
mkdir $dir
mount $1 $dir -t iso9660 -o loop,rw
konqueror $dir
umount $dir
rmdir $dir

Now simply right-click on the .iso file and choose "open with..."

Type in kdesu mntiso in the box.

This page edited conveniently in Firefox or Ineternet Explorer thanks to my Anchorage Net Community Hosting project.
